glass teat
Based on a discussion Toby and I had recently on the meaning of art, I've decided that it's a combination of: self-discovery, technique, making a statement, and making money. I don't think of what I do as art because art seems to take itself too seriously and I just like taking photographs. I don't make money at this, I don't discover myself through it -- no, I take photos to teach myself how to take photos and to make a statement with the subjects that I choose. This subject says what I think of art designed to make money. Normally, I photograph nature and animals because I like them, stark architecture because it's hideously fascinating and it makes nature that much more beautiful.
